The ideal Operations Specialist will be friendly, articulate and respectful in all communications. Customer service skills are key, as you will be the first point of contact/first impression of our company. You must have the ability to complete multi-step tasks accurately and quickly, as well as constantly reprioritize based upon changes in the workflow. In this position your responsibilities will include:

Managing all customer communications (phone, email, text, IM) in a timely manner, including confirmation calls

Scheduling jobs/walkthroughs and disseminating the pertinent information to our field team

Preferred qualifications include someone with repair experience who can answer customer questions and provide accurate estimates based upon their working knowledge.
